ASBDC serves the for-profit business community.
Those wanting to form a non-profit organization
should contact local or national groups that
specialize in the non-profit arena. To become a
non-profit organization, you must become 501 C 3
certified through the IRS and incorporate as a
non-profit organization at the Secretary of
State's Office.
